Sabrina and George - Kauai Wedding

Sabrina and George were married just over a month ago on the island of Kauai. This was an especially fun wedding for me to do because after the wedding the couple set aside time to go to the beach for a full bride and groom only photo session. It was a beautiful day and we got some great shots!

A month ago I did a bridal portrait session with Jessica in Kauai. We went Ke'e Beach, which is my favorite beach on Kauai with great views of the Na pali coast line. We had a full two hours and we got some wonderful shots. Below are a few of my favorites from our session:

Joey and I went to a garden center for her Sr. portrait shoot, which may seem like an unlikely location but it actually turned out quite well. Elizabeth and Christian were married at beautiful Pumpkin Ridge Golf Course on August 8th. Here are a few of the highlights from their gorgeous wedding. Elizabeth and Christian, I truly loved photographing your wedding, your family and friends were amazing and you two know how to throw one heck of a party!

These two little cuties are cousins (only a month a part in age). We went to Grandmas house for our shoot, and managed to get some very cute photos.

Amanda & Jeremy Engagement Session

What a fun couple!!! About a week ago I had the pleasure of doing engagement photos for my new found friends Amanda and Jeremy. These two were such a blast and they even taught me a new saying to break the ice for those who get nervous in front of the camera. I can’t wait to do their wedding next spring. Amanda and Jeremy you two were great, I am so excited that you choose me to be your photographer!

Rhys was looking for some portraits of himself that had a modern feel and a diffrent look. He was such a great model and he LOVED the camera. Here are a few of my favorits from our short session:

Tessa & Nathan Engagement Session

With Nathan being a firefighter, the couple decided that they wanted to do their engagement session at the station as well as at a nearby park. I have to admit that having the opportunity to do an engagement session with a fire truck was pretty cool! Tessa and Nathan you are such a sweet couple and I can’t wait until next fall for your wedding!! Here are a few of my favorites from the day:

Sadie and Bailey

Its not that Sadie minded much being in front of the camera. However, her energetic yellow lab pup for a brother Bailey bouncing around and trying to play in front of the camera made the photoshoot for Sadie less than plesant. Never the less I had a great time playing with both of these wonderful dogs and getting to spend some time with their sweet owner Joletta.

The James Family

Meet Wendi, Ron, Caitlin and Ryan. Last Friday we had a great time exploring a nearby creek and field and taking some fun family photos. Wendi and Ron you have a very beautiful family!

Baby's First Year Package

Our New Baby

My husband and I recently welcomed another child into our home. Joey is 13 weeks old. He is a Jack-Rat (Rat Terrier / Jack Russell Terrier mix). His favorite pass times include chewing on a rubber hot dog, chasing empty water bottles around the living room floor, sleeping with his legs straight up in the air and pouncing the other dogs and cats that up until last week were leading a very peaceful life in their home. Aren’t puppies so much fun!!!!!

California Pugs!

On a recent trip to California I had the opportunity to do portraits of Cali Pug and Cessna Pug. They share a beautiful home with their “doggie parents” Abbey and Mike in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Abbey and Mike, your pugs were such perfect little models and I had a great time working with them!

Tatiana and Corwin's Engagement Session

A few days ago I had the pleasure of doing an engagement session for Corwin and Tatiana. We went to beautiful Gabriel Park and although the sun stayed hidden for most of our shoot, we had a really nice time. Tatiana and Corwin, you two were so much fun and such a pleasure to work with. From getting to spend time with you both (and as all can see from the pictures) you are such a happy and in love couple. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding and your new lives together!
